Our Work

A successful turnaround journey takes ambition, perseverance and openness to innovation – on the part of utility leaders, owners and regulators. Our utilities demonstrate their willingness to transform themselves into successful businesses, and we are with them every step of the way.

Our Offering: How We Work

Through our Turnaround Facility, we can direct technical assistance and operational finance to participating utilities in an integrated and carefully sequenced package of support.

Utilities progress through three distinct UWCI phases subject to meeting key milestones, which are independently monitored and verified. Support throughout these phases is designed to enhance cost recovery, secure cash flow and so enhance the credibility of utility leadership and hence creditworthiness of the business.
